Great bike, bad parts, poor customer service.

Have owned the bike for the past 8 months and ride it 2 miles on the road daily. The plastic mount brackets that hold the screen to the rails cracked and broke off after 1 month of use. Emailed the company, got a response, told them my model and they ignored me.

After 3 month the bottom bracket (thing holding the pedles to the bike) has broken making cracking sound as I pedle. Haven't asked about that as I will most likely be ignored again.

Ok, but...

Ok bike, good dual motors, and power to get you up even steep hills, but the main issues are first that the tyres are far too wide, which makes it difficult to practically ride the bike easily and adds a lot of weight, they should be closer to 2.4 inches, not 4 inches, and that'd still be suitable for off road bikes. It'd also make it easier to find a U lock or chain lock that'dfit around these tyres. The mudguards aren't great, as various other reviews have mentioned, because they don't give you full coverage. Finally, Lankeleisi say they do returns, but I emailed several times after just receiving the bike to ask to return, and said I'd be happy to pay postage etc, following their stated return process. However, my emails were ignored, whereas emails I sent before purchasing the bike were answered by them. So I've 2 asks of Lankeleisi. Firstly, please don't state on the website that you do returns if you don't. Secondly, the bike is mostly good, but as myself and some other reviewers on YouTube have mentioned, the tyres on these bikes should be thinner than they are, so ideally that should be changed in the future versions of this bikes that you sell.

Pure joy

I own a few E-bikes but this is my favourite, dual motor mode is a steep hill killer even for my larger size (6ft 2 and big built, cough,cough)
Riding sensibly on road it’s a permanent grin and off road it’s torque and power is more than capable. Obviously dual mode uses more battery but the 5 power levels coupled with the choice of 2 wheel drive or front or rear wheel drive makes for great versatility. IE: good range with power and torque on tap for the hills. Does depend on individual weight and usage obviously.
