How long will it take for me to receive the accessories I purchased?
Accessories such as batteries, motors, wheels, or hubs that require customization are typically delivered within 30 days. For other parts, the delivery time is 15 to 20 business days.

Yes it's a very well made e bike and a bargain for what you get, well packaged and fast delivery well done Lankeleisi 👏 just a couple of small points to anyone thinking about buying this bike [1] it's got a large bike frame Not for short people [2] water bottle connector point is on the frame right next to your seat a wired place to have it....why not on the inside of the frame somewhere? But it's great fun and we'll made 👍
Only took 7 days to arrive, the two people that delivered my X3000 Max were very helpful carrying it into my shed. I haven't unpacked it yet as I'm just waiting for the weather to pick up a little. However I've had a look inside and it look fantastic and well packaged. I only wish there was a larger or additional battery avaliable for more range.
